What is your opinion of balancing the sex of your children in your own family? The technology exists that can allow the selection of male or female sperm via sperm sorting which can increase the chances of having a female or male child. The sorted sperm can then be inseminated via IUI on the day of the woman's ovulation. There are no risks for abnormal pregnancies or children born from using this procedure.
